Must Love Furniture offers free standard curbside delivery (small parcel and self service truck delivery) in Canada, paid in the US.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to Canada and the 48 contiguous United States.
Can I pick up my furniture?
If you are located in Montreal or Toronto, yes. Just mention it when you order.
When will I receive my items?
Most products are in stock and ready to ship. You should expect delivery within 2 weeks. Pre-orders should take about 12 weeks.
Tracking your order
When your order ships, you will receive an email with shipping and tracking information. You can then use your tracking number on the carrier's website to trace your order.
If I order several items, will they be delivered at the same time?
It depends. Our furniture is produced in a number of different factories, and could arrive at the warehouses at different times. In that case it is likely that products are not delivered at the same time.
Can I change my delivery date?
Yes, the delivery date of your order can often be changed up until we prepare your order for delivery, usually 72 hours before your delivery date. To change the date of delivery, send an email to email@example.com using your order number.
Can I change my delivery address?
Yes, that is possible. If you need to change the address you'd like your products delivered to, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll update your details. You can do this at any time before your items are dispatched for delivery. If your items have already been dispatched, you may be charged for arranging redelivery.
How can I contact the delivery company?
Our delivery companies will contact you to arrange delivery, but if you have any questions, or remarks with regard to the delivery simply get in touch with us.
How will my order ship?
We will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable methods possible. Therefore, we have established strong relationships with some of the best delivery companies nationwide. Every product on our site has been carefully selected to ship by a particular shipping method in order to provide you with an optimal delivery experience. When your order ships, you will be notified via email.
We currently have three methods of shipment available:
1. Small Parcel Delivery (Standard - FREE on orders over 100$);
2. Self Service Truck Delivery (Standard - FREE on orders over 100$);
3. White Glove Delivery.
1. Small Parcel Delivery - We will ship smaller, lighter items mainly via Canada Post or FedEx. Depending on how close you are to the shipping warehouse, your item will arrive between 1 and 8 business days after it leaves the warehouse. We do not require an adult signature for these deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. If you want an item left at your doorstep, the best thing to do is leave a note on your door asking the driver to leave your package with "No Signature Required." Be sure to include your name and tracking number on the note.
2.Self Service Truck Delivery - Many items on our website are too large or heavy to ship via CP/FedEx, so they are shipped via Truck Delivery. Once your merchandise arrives at the delivery agent's local terminal, the agent will call you to set up a 2- to 4-hour appointment for delivery. Most truck delivery companies offer appointment windows between 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M.
Damage Inspection - Please make sure that you inspect the packages at the time of delivery. If the packaging has any damage, or if there is any reason you are concerned with its packaging or delivery, please write, "Product Damaged" clearly on the sheet the delivery agent asks you to sign. This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem.
3. White Glove Delivery - Many large or fragile items may be delivered by a White Glove freight carrier to ensure the safest and most convenient delivery. If you would like to use our White Glove Delivery service, please get in touch with us. We will be happy to arrange this Delivery Service for you. Send an email to email@example.com and provide your order number and other details you deem necessary. White glove works similarly to truck freight, but a delivery team of at least two people brings your items into your home for you. Please note: Once your order arrives in your area, a representative from the White Glove carrier will call you to arrange a (usually) 4 hour window for delivery.
White Glove Delivery Options
Inside Delivery - Inside your residence to the room of choice. This includes carrying the product up two flights of stairs from the building threshold (4-15 steps = 1 flight). If you need the product moved up additional flights, please contact us.
Assembly Service: None
Packaging: The product will be left in the original packaging.
Inside Delivery with Packaging Removal - Inside your residence to the room you choose. This includes carrying the product up two flights of stairs from the building threshold (4-15 steps = 1 flight). If you need the product moved up additional flights, please contact us.
Assembly Service: The shipper will unpack the product and provide basic setup that requires no tools (i.e. set pieces next to each other, or on top of each other).
Packaging: The shipper will remove and dispose of all packaging.
Inside Delivery with Assembly Service - Inside your residence to the room you choose. This includes carrying the product up two flights of stairs from the building threshold (4-15 steps = 1 flight). If you need the product moved up additional flights, please contact us.
Assembly Service: The shipper will unpack the product and provide light setup that requires basic tools (i.e. pieces will be screwed or bolted together, set pieces next to each other, or on top of each other).
Packaging: The shipper will remove and dispose of all packaging.
Please note: White glove services are available at an extra charge. In all cases the shipper will not hook up any electrical or component wires. Having items carried up more than 25 steps and longer assembly periods are available as additional services which would require additional charges. Contact us if you think you need these services.
We offer a free return policy. If you are unhappy with your item, you may return it for a full refund within 45 days of purchase. We will provide return labels. Items must be completely unassembled, in their original condition and packaging, complete with all materials. Refunds will be issued once we have received the item and it has been determined to be in like-new condition. Please allow 30 days for the refund to appear on your statement.

What happens if the wrong product is delivered?
In the unlikely case that you have received the wrong product, we will of course exchange it.
My piece of furniture was damaged during transport. What now?
Please make sure that you inspect all packages at the time of delivery. If the packaging has any damage, or if there is any reason you are concerned packaging or delivery, please write "Product Damaged" clearly on the sheet the delivery agent asks you to sign. You have the right to refuse damaged goods. In all cases you should contact us immediately.
Once we have received and processed your return, you will receive an email with the details of your refund. If a refund is made to your credit card, please allow 30 days for the refund to appear on your statement. The time period varies for every bank. Please contact your credit card's issuing bank if you have further questions.
Items that arrive after the 45-day return period as shown in the item return policy cannot be accepted.
