Cancelling your order
Because most of our items ship or go into production within a few days, we can only accept cancellations within 48 hours from when your order was placed. If an item has already shipped within this 48 hour period, you will be responsible for paying shipping back to our warehouse. All cancellation requests must be emailed to email@example.com.
Returning your order
We are happy to offer a free return policy. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your item, you may return it to us for a full refund within 45 days of purchase. Items must be completely unassembled, in their original condition and packaging, complete with all materials. Refunds will be issued once we have received the item and it has been determined to be in like-new condition. Please allow 30 days for the refund to appear on your statement.
What happens if the wrong product is delivered?
In the unlikely case that you have received the wrong product, we will of course make an exchange free of charge.
My piece of furniture was damaged during transport. What now?
Please make sure that you inspect all packages at the time of delivery. If the packaging has any damage, or if there is any reason you are concerned with its packaging or delivery, please write, "Product Damaged" clearly on the sheet the delivery agent asks you to sign. This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem. You have the right to refuse damaged goods. In all cases you should contact us immediately.
Once we have received and processed your return, you will receive an email with the details of your refund. If a refund is made to your credit card, please allow 30 days for the refund to appear on your statement. The time period varies for every bank. Please contact your credit card's issuing bank if you have further questions.
Items that arrive after the 45-day return period as shown in the item return policy cannot be accepted.
